Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using TicketScout

Last updated: July 2026

1. About TicketScout

TicketScout is a ticket price comparison service at ticketscout.co.uk. We display pricing from third-party ticket sellers to help you find the best available price. We are not a ticket seller and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a seller. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Affiliate disclosure

When you click through to a seller and make a purchase, we may receive a commission from that seller. This commission is paid by the seller and does not affect the price you pay.

3. Pricing accuracy

Prices are sourced from third-party sellers and may change at any time. They may also exclude booking fees or other charges added at checkout. Always confirm the final price on the seller's website before purchasing. TicketScout accepts no responsibility for pricing errors or discrepancies.

4. Primary and secondary market sellers

We display prices from both primary market sellers (official box office outlets and promoter-appointed ticketing partners) and secondary market sellers (resale platforms where fans list tickets they already own). Secondary market prices are set by individual sellers and may be above or below the original ticket price. Always check which type of seller you are buying from before completing a purchase.

5. Third-party sellers

All purchases are made directly on the seller's website. Each seller's own terms and conditions govern your purchase. Any disputes, refunds, or cancellations must be directed to the seller at their contact details and not to us, as we do not sell tickets. This is a precondition of use of this website. We strongly recommend reading the seller's terms before buying.

6. Liability

TicketScout is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, any inaccuracy in pricing or event information, any issues with a purchase made on a third-party site, or any cancellation or change to an event.

7. Intellectual property

All content on TicketScout, including the logo, design, text, and code, is the property of TicketScout. You may not reproduce or use any part of this website without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TicketScout for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or harvest data without permission, or to interfere with the operation of the website in any way.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of TicketScout following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
